To protect City of Skiatook/SPWA IT systems, the city and the SPWA cannot accept flash drives from requesters.

SEARCH FEE*

Clerk, Employee and/or Legal Assistant $55.00 per hour

Attorney $85.00 per hour

A minimum search fee of $55.00 will be charged for any request that City deems to be commercial or is so large it would clearly cause excessive disruption of City’s essential functions. In such circumstances, City must receive the minimum search fee prior to initiating the search. For requests that exceed $75 in costs, a deposit may be required prior to beginning the production process.

LEGAL REVIEW AND REDACTION FEE*

Clerk, Employee, and/or Legal Assistant $55.00 per hour

Attorney $85.00 per hour

Prior to charging a legal review and redaction fee, the City will advise requester with an estimate of time and total fee; all hourly rates will be billed per quarter-hour.

All items may be subject to sales tax unless the requester provides proof of tax-exempt status; items mailed will also be subject to postage and shipping costs.
